Good to know
Does it hurt?
A very fine needle is used, so most clients describe only a quick, mild sting. The appointment is short and comfortable, and anaesthetic isn't usually needed.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?
Softening typically begins within 3–5 days and settles fully by around two weeks. Results usually last about three to four months, varying from person to person.
Will I look "frozen" or unnatural?
No. We deliberately use conservative dosing — especially for first-time clients — and review you at 2–3 weeks. The aim is always a refreshed, natural look that preserves your expression.
Is there any downtime?
Very little. You may notice tiny pinprick marks or mild redness for a short while, but most people return to normal activities straight away. We'll give you full aftercare guidance.
Is it safe?
All treatments are prescribed and carried out by an Advanced Nurse Practitioner & Independent Prescriber following a full medical assessment, and only when clinically appropriate for you.
