Are consultations free?
Aesthetic consultations are completely free and carry no obligation. For weight management there is a £99 initial assessment fee, which includes a comprehensive health evaluation and body-composition analysis.
Do I need a GP referral?
No — you can contact us directly to book a consultation. We are, however, always happy to liaise with your GP if you would like us to.
Where is the clinic located?
We are based in KT8, East Molesey, Surrey, and care for clients across Molesey, Hampton Court, Esher, Kingston, Surbiton and the surrounding Surrey areas.
What are your opening hours?
Until September 2026: Tuesday 9am–5pm; Saturday & Sunday 9am–6pm; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 6pm–9pm. From October 2026: Thursday to Sunday, 10am–7pm.
How long do results take to appear?
It depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle results typically appear within two weeks. Microneedling brings a visible glow within 5–7 days, with full results over 6–12 weeks. Weight-management results vary between individuals.
Are there any side effects?
Most treatments have minimal side effects. Anti-wrinkle treatment may cause mild redness or swelling that settles within hours; microneedling may cause mild redness for 24–48 hours. All risks are discussed fully during your consultation.
How often will I need treatments?
This varies. Anti-wrinkle treatment is typically refreshed every 3–4 months; microneedling is usually a course of sessions; and weight management is an ongoing programme with regular reviews.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Is the clinic CQC-registered?
Yes. MeiLustre Clinic is CQC-registered and operates in full compliance with UK regulations. All treatment is delivered by a qualified, registered healthcare professional.
Can I combine treatments?
Yes — many clients combine aesthetic treatments with weight management. We will discuss the best, safest approach for you during your consultation.
